Roblox's universe record gives BloxNote a creation timestamp of 23:53 UTC on 4 September 2026. The developer's description on that record self-identifies the version as v0.1 and states the four roles - Kira, Kira Follower, L and Investigator - plus platform claims for PC, Console and Mobile, and a blunt anti-cheat warning.
That description is the closest thing to a launch changelog the game has. No separate patch notes exist that we have found, so what v0.1 included is exactly what that description says and nothing more.
